Dear Dr.Kiran,
Don't know if anyone replied you yet or not about the problem you are facing. But before i'm going to answer you i like to add few words that being a qualified person you shouldn't be that much discourage.Well, MBA after MBBS its not a bad choice. But until you decide in what profession you want to continue either its pharma or the way as it is already. And i like to bring into your knowledge that there is lot of growing chances for doctors in pharma industry,if you are enough competent to prove your worth.Like you can apply in product management after doing EMBA and work as Product Manager either in any good local or multinational companies. Its all depend on your potential. You dont need to be a medical rap to start your career. As i said its all depend on you and believe me in this profession sky is the limit!
You can't even imagine how professional you are going to be.Anyway decision is all yours.
If still i couldn't be able to convince you enough that feel free to ask again.
Take care..
Regards
Dr.Najam

hi dr najam!!!
well you know what pharmacology is my fav subject and MBA was my passion..because my parents wanted me to become a dr but i wanted to do MBA...so my father said if you want to do MBA then do it after MBBS only...so when i did some research on MBA after MBBS...i found out that the field of pharmacology is unlimited and we can do research work in the drugs and as product manager as you have said....
i appreciate your concern....but i will keep my mdeical career with the non medical one...because i am planning to do MRCOG-1 this year...and if it will be passed INSHALLAH then i will do MBA next year..and after passing MBA..i will do residency for MRCOG-1 and side by side with my MBA proffession...
well anyways thanks for your concern and co-operation in this matter...
regards,
dr kiran.

Good career move, but you have to decide once for all before goind to MBA. MBA can be in different desciplines, Hospital admin, marketing, Finance to name a few. Hospital admin is not developed in Musharrafistan, however Markeitng is promising and carries big earning potentials. One has to be careful in choosing college/ Uni as in pakistan standard is very low, go for LUMS, IBA, ZABIST, QA Univ. or abroad.
Piece of advice Decide before making descision
Good luck

My all dearers MBAns!
AoA
Self-introspection is better answer 2 any question.
Self-analysis leads to solution of all ur problems doz U know very well.
Air s full of rumours, doz mostly cause complexity n decision-making, U 'll mostly learn in any major of MBA.
So, U r d doer. Listen 2 everybody as a free-forum, but alwaz rely upon urself.
Read "YA-ALEEM-O" 41 times after each prayer, inshallah Allah will infuse U wth d answer U require.
Spiritually urs,
