Giant Rhinolith with Nasopharyngeal extension - a rare case report.

Rhinolith is an uncommon nasal mass commonly affecting adult and is a rare entity in children and adolescents. We report a case of rhinolith in a 14 years old boy who presented with a long history of foul smelling nasal discharge, progressive nasal obstruction and recurrent epistaxis. A giant rhinolith extending to the nasopharynx was diagnosed and removed per orally with the help of rigid endoscope. Literature review has been done and discussed. Our literature search did not reveal any case report of rhinolith with nasopharyngeal extension.
