After reading this article I could not make out the selection of subjects. How did the investigators selcet the study subjects? Were they selected from the hospital where the investigators practice or were they identified from the community? If from the community, then they need to define their reference population and how did they sample from the reference population? I would appreciate if the author replies on my email address (sfatirmizi@hotmail.com) as this is also my area of interest and I want to give the reference of this article in my thesis. Thank you.
