Pak Paed J Jan ;26(2):83-9.

Some of the commonly used are lamotrigine, vigabatrin, topiramate and gabapentin. In this review, their mode of action, potential use in epilepsy in children, side effects and interaction with other antiepileptic agents will be discussed. Ketogenic diet though not a common mode of therapy in Pakistan, will be discussed briefly. This is a review article from Pakistan Pediatric Forum.
