Pak Paed J Jan ;42(1):58-60.

Caroli disease (CD) is a rare congenital abnormality characterized by non-obstructive dilatation of intrahepatic bile ducts usually diagnosed in late teens and early adulthood with or without complications of gall stones, recurrent cholangitis and billiary abscess. Here we report CD in eight months old infant who presented with persistent jaundice and confirmed on CT abdomen. Patient was discharged on conservative management owing to diffuse involvement of liver and financial limitations for liver transplantation. Frequent follow up was advised.
