Macrocephaly is quite common in pediatric clinical practice. It commonly results from metabolic bones diseases especially vit-D deficiency. Hemolytic anemia may also cause large head size. Increasing irritability and associated developmental delay points towards some brain malformation as cause of enlarging head size. We present a one year old boy who presented with increasing head size, irritability and developmental delay. Detailed work up revealed Aneurysmal malformation of Vein of Galen. Arterial embolization with the help of interventional Radiologist was done, it resulted in anatomical as well as clinical improvement in our patient.
