Complications of each procedure were recorded as 9(18%) infection, 5(10%) hemorrhage, 2(4%) perforation while in 1(2%) case had complications of G/A in the D&C group and no complications were recorded in patients allotted for Pipelle’s biopsy, p value was calculated as 0.000 which shows a significant difference in both groups. Conclusion: Pipelle's endometrial sampling is a safer method of evaluating postmenopausal bleeding as compared to D&C. Pipelle's sampling is an inexpensive outpatient procedure.
