I would like to request the colleagues to advise me on a certain subject,i would like to collect data and form a database for myself regarding my patients,i am an ent surgeon,what is the most useful software that i can use,dont want to be dependant too much on others,want to do it myself,i am not a computer wizard,any advice would be appreciated.thank you.

you have a few options
1. learn to use micosoft access (heavy stuff)
2. better option if you have a handheld/pda is to download time limited demo from handbase.com, this way you will have record n your computer as well as in your pocket. it is a good program with plenty of free medical templates but you need to buy the program for $25-$30.

The best software for this purpose is MsAccess or "Patient Tracking Software". MsAccess is very easy to learn and with few clicks you can create a powerful database software capable to reporting as well.

dear docs i have found a program at

this seems to be pretty good but this is a trial version and will expire in a week,then have to purchase the stuff,does anyone knows of a crack for the code that will keep it running afetr it expires!!!
