Management of bleeding in “Hemophilia A with inhibitors” with Recombinant factor VIIa and factor VIII inhibitor bypass activity.
Int J Pathol Jan ;5(2):83-5.

Development of inhibitors is currently the most serious complication of Hemophilia Treatment. Such patients are partially or completely refractory to traditional factor replacement therapy and are at increased risk of hemorrhages as compared to patients without inhibitors. It is difficult to manage the Hemophilia patients with inhibitors but the use of different bypass agents and immunosuppressive drugs have promising results in this regard. We report a case of a 6 years old boy who had mild Hemophilia with inhibitors and presented with profuse post traumatic soft palate bleeding. Management of such patients is a challenge for both Hematologists and clinicians.
