The total cholesterol was more than 200 mg/dl, Triglycerides more than 150 mg/dl, LDL-c more than 150 mg/dl and HDL less than 35mg/dl. EXCLUSION CRITERIA were type 2 diabetic patients with cardiac , advanced renal disease or nephropathy. The atorvastatin was given with dose of 20 mg and ezetimibe 10 mg once a day at bed time. The data was tabulated and calculated on SPSS 15 . The p value less than 0.05 considered statically significant. RESULTS; After 12 weeks Total cholesterol was reduced 9% (p=<0.001), LDL-c was reduced 18%(p=<0.001) ,TG 12% (p=<0.001)and HDL increased 11%(p=<0.05) CONCLUSION.
