Inverted Papilloma is a benign tumour that generates a lot of attention due to it being notoriously known to be locally aggressive, high recurrence rate and risk of malignant transformation. It is common in fifth to sixth decade and uncommon in children and young adulthood. We present a case of inverted papilloma, which presented as antrochoanal polyp in a young adult. The tumour was resected via endoscopic surgery approach with significantly good result.
