Apocrine chromhidrosis refers to the secretion of colored sweat by the apocrine glands. It is always localised because of the restricted distribution of apocrine glands in humans.

CASE REPORT: A seven year old girl presented to the dermatology clinic with history of production of pink coloured sweat below the lower eye lids in the past six months. On examination she was a healthy looking child. No abnormality was found in any of the systems. Drops of pink colored sweat appeared below the lower eyelids half an hour after the previous stain was wiped out.
