Lichen Sclerosus - non genital lesions in a young women a case report with review of literature.

A case of Lichen Sclerosus with non genital lesions is reported. The lesions have been progressing since the last eight years.

CASE REPORT: A thirty five year old female presented to the dermatology clinic with a eight year history of hypo-pigmented and atrophic lesions on upper thighs wrists, breast and lower neck. The lesion were asymptomatic. The past and family history was insignificant. No abnormality was found in other systems. The histology was consistent with the clinical diagnosis of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.
