Functional Outcome in Clubfoot Children after Ponseti Method: Single Centered study from Lahore.

Objective: To describe the functional outcome in clubfoot children after ponseti method. Study Design: Descriptive cross-sectional design. Place and Duration of Study: The data was collected from Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital, Lahore. The duration of study was from August 2018 to January 2019. Material and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 39 clubfoot children after Ponseti method. The sampling strategy utilized was non-probability convenience sampling. The functional outcome was assessed using Bangla clubfoot tool. Those children were included who aged between 2-6 years, children who treated with ponseti method and children who followed orthotic device protocol properly. Results: On the basis of findings of study, 66.7% showed good outcome while 20.5% showed very good outcome. Conclusion: Majority of the clubfoot children showed good functional outcome after ponseti method.
