Renal lymphangectasia: a rare occurrence.
Pak J Radiol Jan ;32(2):110-3.

Renal lymphangiectasia is an uncommon benign condition of the renal lymphatics without specific clinical presentation. It may be unilateral or bilateral and has no gender predilection. Knowledge of its imaging findings can lead to correct diagnosis. We present two cases of renal lymphangiectasia with abdominal pain. The imaging findings were consistent with bilateral renal lymphangectasia. Patients were kept on conservative treatment after radiological diagnosis.
