Med Today Jan ;2(1):11-7.

Galactorrhea is often encountered by Family physicians in their routine practice. Determining when and how to evaluate these patients can be a challenge. Lack of knowledge regarding this symptom can lead to unnecessary investigations starting from multiple hormone levels to magnetic resonance imaging and may also lead to substantial distress to the patient
