AMC vs MCC

Asalam O Alaekum Every one!
Hi can any one help me that is there any similarity b/w AMC and MCC(Medical Council Of Canada) Examination. Actually i want to do preparation which could go with both. Actually i might move to canada in afew months but i saw the pattern of MCC's Examinationa and have found it very difficult and my uncle is in Australia and he keeps on insisting to come over to Australia. Can any one tell me that if i prepare for AMC will that help me for MCC. Please help me out because now i wanna start my preparation since i dont find any glimpce of Hope in USMLE since the jobs are cut down like any thing...Thank You plz Reply me as soon as possible.
