I donot think US like fellowship system exists in UK? your question is not clear... if u are asking about FRCS after FCPS or MRCS then it is a different thing. You need a training post in UK only then you will be eligible to get CCST. Alongwith 3 structured reference letters from your seniors you can sit for FRCS Intercollegiate.
Yes you can apply for clinical fellowship in USA after FCPS or MRCS but for that USMLE is the requirement.Research fellowships you can apply without USMLE.
