residency posts r v cometitive , like other ordinary vacc these r also advertised in media , u also cn contract directly to teaching hos to sought out the place, no other requirement u need , bt u will hv to be registered with specialist colleges like our cpsp (royal aus college of physicians , royal aus college of surgeons ..etc)......and wht counts in ths competition is ur track record and ur rank in amc exam.
