hi all. im mohammad khurram n im a 3rd yr mbbs student in ziauddin uni. i want to know that which country is most feasible 4 residency in cardio-thoracic or cardiac surgery? i have heard that germany is in dire need of residents but there is problem of learning german n resident salery is boderline jus to survive. if any 1 can help me with details of other countries which provide uncompetitve or less competitive residency seats 4 cardio surgery to pakistanis, i would be very grateful.
