AoA, i`ve recently moved from KSA 2 Bahrain.
Well regarding medical jobs in KSA in:
Government hosp u need 2 have 2ys working experience+ u need to learn a bit arabic 2 communicate with patients+ ur degrees need 2 stamped by Saudi council etc and if u get them translated in arabic that would be helpful too.

In private hosp , they don`t require 2 yrs experience but rest applies.

i`ve heard there is a FCPS exam centre in riyadh....and now KSA is allowing FCPS training in there as well but only 4 specific fields ...( which ones i don`t know)

There is SLE (saudi liscensing exam) too that helps in getting/applying for jobs there.Some jobs(in better hosp) require SLE.
U have edge if u have passed SLE.
Passing score 50%.
course includes all final year subjects/clinical
