If you are registered with CPSP for Part 2, then you need to write a synopsis for your research topic first. After acceptance of the topic by CPSP, you are allowed to write your dissertation. It doesnt matter where you write it.

I am graduated from Belarus and now doing postgraduation in Surgery.I am also preparing Dessertation on Billiary Pancreatitis.Is a disseration from a foreign country is recognised in Pakistan.If how it is possible.Thanks
