There are several ways. One way is to go to PakMediNet Category (Specialty) Index and click the Category "Pediatric Surgery" and have a look at the articles published in various Pak Journals related to this field. You can find similar article related to your settings.

2ndly, take advice from your seniors. 3rd, visit different pediatric surgery journals (Indian, Pakistani, Irani etc) and get the idea.
