Looking for an Ob/Gyn

I am looking for an Ob/Gyn on a part-time basis in Pakistan to answer emails and bulletin board questions. Would prefer some one with FCPS or equivalent. Further details can be discussed if someone shows interest.
Please don't get the idea that this is some clerical job or something like that. All these emails and bulletin board questions would be women's health related issues and would require a knowledgeable and accurate response within 24 hours. Accuracy of response is necessary to avoid lititgation.
