In addition to Dr. Siddiqui, I am also interested in knowing some magic.
My favorite software is PS: Power and sample Size Calculator. It is available free of charge at http://biostat.mc.vanderbilt.edu/twiki/bin/view/Main/PowerSampleSize
There are some nice reference articles on this page.
However, knowing how to use a software doesn't mean that you will be calculating correct sample size. You either need to know sample size calculation well or need to work closely with a biostatistician.

the calculation of sample size u are asking for can not be calculated on the basis of information u r giving, as it depends on ur objective and study design i will recomend you to consult cpsp regional centre for actual and proper calculation
or u can get help from 03224053157 in Islamad /Rawalpindi,
and anyone can get help regarding synopsis, research article and dissertation writing and data analysis for any purpose.
