lipoma excision under local anaesthesiai am trying to compare the excision of lipoma on the limbs . in one group no postoperative antibiotics will be given and in the other we will give same type of antibiotic to everybody. 40 cases in each group . randamized cases will be taken in both groups . can anybody help me regarding that . any similar study or relavent ref.

I am wondering how have you selected RANDOM samples from 40 patients ? This study should be a COHORT STUDY, (Case & Controls) and therefore, statistical tests are applied accordingly.
Prof. Anwer Kurshid (Prof. of Stat) is the right answer this.
