the topic for my dissertation is EFFICACY OF NIFEDIPINE OINTMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ANAL FISSURE.can u tell me how to calculate the sample size or i shall be thankful to you if you calculate it for me......early reply will be highly appreciated

Re: sample sizeplease consult a biostatistician to calculate sample size. it needs a lot of parameters to calculate sample size. you may post your protocol so to help you
