can i ask why there is only research in clinical sciences
not in the basic medical sciences

Well, nobody has any objection here for discussion on basic medical sciences. You can start the discussion and let the people invite also.
The idea is to promote biomedical research of Pakistan and create a healthy platform for discussion on Medical Issues.
