mrs.nb has primary subfertility for 5 years she is diagnosed as having pcos.her tubes are patent and hub,s semen o.k. she has not responded to metformin and clomiphene.she has been given the option of gonadotrophins or lap ovarian drilling.she cannot afford either.can she be helped by doing ovarian drilling through minilap (which will cost much less) instead of wedge resection (associated with lot of adhesions)?
