MPH after MBBS ????

hi all. guys, i am student of final year MBBS and just so much stressed out abt my career bcoz ni dont like clinical thing at all. i know its probably too late to regret or may be not but plz guys tell me what options do i have now. i dont want to waste anymore time. plz tell me wether or not it will be good to do MPH after MBBS. though i dont know much abt MPH and wat sort of jobs will i get after doin that. so any other options if u have plz let me know. and one more thing , damm i almost forgot, that i have to HAVE TO get to US anyhow bcoz its of so much importance to me, i know if u ask young guys like me here, every one or other person will say that he want to go to US. different people different reasons, all i know tat for me its abt LIFE/DEATH. so people, plz help this poor guy here, plz.
