MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION...HELP

hi all,
i need some help regarding ONLINE MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION JOB FROM HOME...can somebody tell me which are the genuine websites of the companies where i can apply for and secondaly is there any course or training or certificate needed for this job or a simple mbbs would be sufficient as well....PLZZZZ HELP BY GIVING INFORMATION...
