yes, nd bcz,
Vitamin D can help promote strong
gums and teeth, and vitamin E is an
essential anti-inflammatory useful in
protecting the gums from diseases.
Zinc also wards off gum infections..
vitamin C
intake and healthy gums. The research
showed that a vitamin C deficiency
causes bleeding gums, swelling, loose
teeth and a decreased mineral content
in the jawbone.

besides vitamin C deficiency, other causes of gum swelling should also be kept in mind and these include Cyclosporine, amlodipine, some form of AML (leukemia) and .........
