i gave my exam on 19th march... and to put it simply it wasnt at all what i was expecting !!
i got a whole lot of ethics questions and a lot of psych too, hardly 1 or 2 questions from the new handbook of mcqs. i found the questions very vague, the answers even more! time was not an issue ...i got all the case scenario questions and almost 5 questions about drugs and their interactions...
now waiting for the result anxiously, only that will tell how my exam went and will be able to tell u guys more about it... remember me in ur prayers !!

Re: amc feb exami didnt get too many pics, just 1 ecg, 2 xrays, and 2 of skin diseases.. before taking the exam i thought kaplan wud b sufficient, but now i think no single book is enough for the kind of paper i got :S can tell u more after i get my result ...

dear docsehar, i got my result yesterday and Alhamdulillah by the grace of God i cleared my amc part 1 exam.... i would like to thank all the seniors on this forum, they were all a big help
i would b more than happy to help anyone who is preparing for amc part 1 ....

thank you dr sehar for ur wish... i basically used kaplan 2 series, gave it 2 reads, then did some topics from john murtagh... the questions are not in any sequence,if ur first question is of gyne the other would be of psych...
do the mcq books really well, and read their explanations too, i got 2 questions from the new book, but not exactly the same way, they were a little twisted..
when are u planning to give ur exam... all the best !
