PakMediNet Discussion Forum : Obstetrics and Gynecology : HRT and dry eyes
Hormone replacement therapy has become a corner stone for the management of menopausal symptoms but is not without its own risks. Some of my patients have now complained of dry eyes. Any one has any comments on this and mechanism of action. Seems to be more prevelant in patients on Estrogen alone.

I am not aware of anyone with this complaint , perhaps it could be due to some other primary, ophthalmologic disorder. How many patients ..of yours have had this symptom?
