Please indicate the type of work you are doing or what you are planning to do. What is your current setup? Primary, secondary or tertiary care? Type and number of complicated cases you are handling in an average month?
It is a common problem and lot has been written from all over the globe. It will be certainly informative about many issues challenging the health delivery in Pakistan.
