23 yrs old, single, sexually promiscous female on BCP for the last three years, admitted through the ER with complaints of abdominal pain and mild jaundice. Initial Lab data revealed normal liver profile, Hb./Hct: 8.0/24.6, HIV: neg, Normal Chem.,Neg UA, Abdominal US: essentially neg with slight amount of free fluid in the pelvis. CT: same findings, BHCG: neg
Admitted to Medicine initially but after work up, surgical consult was called. Surgery refused to see the patient without Gyn consult first.
Gyn exam essentially neg, culdocentesis performed and 10 cc of non-clotting blood obtained.
Any comments/quetions?

You have not mentioned the LMP of that lady,parity etc.
