can u clarify, what do u mean by Rubella positive test?
If rubella + mean positive for antibodies, she shouldnt need any treatment as she is already immune to it.

the best treatment of Rubella is to prevent it happening by vaccination.
Once it occurs, the immunity is usually life long. some time it can be very mild and shows no significant symptoms.
if it happens in first trimester of pregnancy, there is a risk of CONGENITAL RUBELLA SYNDROME.
TO PREVENT IT, VCCINATE CHILDREN AT AN EARLY AGE.
