Can any body tell me about antiepileptic meds available in Pakistan? What are the main hurdles in managing epilepsy patients over there?

Thanks a lot for your reply. Is EEG is available in big cities? Do you know perticularly about Faisalabad.
What is your opinion about the management of patients with seizure disorders? I am talking about the proper diagnosis and proper selection of meds. Thanks.

How costly are these AEDs? I am wondering how people afford their cost and regular monitoring of side effects.
Thanks for your time.

Well ... they are not expensive. They are available easily. EEG is available in all big hospitals, no matter where they are located.
Dr. Nizam will answer rest of your questions.

Go to http://pakmedinet.com front page and type Stroke in the search keyword and press Start Search. After that you'll see lots of interesting articles related to stroke, and I hope these will answer your questions.
