Statistical Analysis?
I am wriring a research Paper on the prevalence of Hepatitis B in different areas of Pakistan. Now I am not quite sure how to apply the statistics and to present the data statistically. The data is as follows;
Screened Subjects: 4500
HBsAg: 1245(males:750 fem: 495)
Anti HBc IgM 15 (males: 11 fem: 4)
Could somebody please guide me refarding the statistical analysis of this data. I am trying to analyze it using SPSS.

Re: Statistical Analysis?I think you need to calculate the Confidence interval of the data you mentioned. Calculate the percentages and descriptive statistics.
