Post Operative complications of Gall bladder surgeryPatient operated upon on wednesday, C/o Pain in Right shouldernear neack on next day given kinz in diluted form 6 hour, no abdominal symptoms, patien left hospital on friday, flatus passed no vomitting , fever, no +ve findings, travelled by train to his village. On saturdays c/o abd disten, mild jaundice, swaeting, dusky facies, abdominal drain showed about 40 cc blood on Ist Na 2nd Post op day.

Re: Post Operative complications of Gall bladder surgeryWhat is kinz and where’s the abdominal drain? Post-op right shoulder pain is very typical of presence of blood under the diaphragm. It irritates the fibers of phrenic nerve. So what happened with him now? Please update us.
