pay your zakaat to needy once there are so many poor patients in our hospitals and i wana tell you that in our hospitals patients are treated very badly by paramedics because thesy cant get anything from them so please check this thing should be stopped and being a doctors we should respect patients and respect their problems and pay zakkat to needy patients who cant affoard
