the only way to predict that Hep C Infection has cured after treatment is to check Hep E antigen which should be Negative and no Viraemia by PCR anlong with normal LFT

well
For confirmation of cure from HCV, PCR should be done after 6 month of treatment stop day and there should not be a single virus (viremia) in blood. it confirm that Patient is fine.
