This is currently not possible.
If this system is provided, then how would you stop the users who upload too many unnecessary image files?

Well Sir!
I dont think it would be a major problem..... For a start you may only allow senior colleagues to upload these images... and that too after your or administrators approval.......
And think of the boast it will give to the forum..... It will add a section of intellectual discussion and medical education to this wonderful forum.... Sodo think on these possibilities
