i have posted the research synopsis on the forum,i need some help regarding the research proposal,i need to know how do i prepare a questionnaire for the proposal,docosama ,please help,it is urgent.

Re: help in research synopsisYou can make your questionnaire simply by including all the important variables (questions) you need to ask for your study. On the top, include the demographic information like Name, Age, etc along with Serial No. and hospital record no. Then ask the relevant information pertaining to your study.
