Synopsis
Help me in making my project because we are not given any particular protocol for making this project.
My project is
Ultrasound (especially portal vein diameter) and Lab investigations in Hepatitis B.
Give me some suggestions to complete and to follow a simple protocol.......I will be thankful

it becomes quite easier if u follow CPSP guideline book for dissertation writing. there is one complete chapter on synopsis in their book . they also teach u how to write during workshop.
you can gather literature from Google search engine .

Re: SynopsisYour project doesnt make any sense to me - Ultrasound and Lab inv of Hepatitis B. Both are no related in any way as far as I know, therefore I suggest you to think of any alternate topic or modify it so to make sense. Like "Ultrasound in Hepatitis"?
