I can't think of any Biostatistical application that haven't been or can't be used in pharmaceutical or biological sciences. Any Biostatistical book should work.

Your topic is too broad, and if I may say, vague. What is it that you have in mind?
Do you want to review and report the different usages of statistics in biomedical sciences? Or do you wish to critique the wide use of statistics in biomedical sciences? Or do you want to propose novel statistical solution/s to one or more problems? or ..... well, there can be so many angles from which this can be approached.
I think you need to narrow down and CLEARLY define your research question/s. As it stands now, the topic is too vague ...

it is my personal opinion that your idea on biostatistics cannot be accepted sir... bcoz biostatistics is the major weapon which is now creating a major line of demarcation in the arena of biomedical sciences. it is the only tool which clearly defines the rate or the extent of success or failure (i.e the probablity) of any project or research on drugs
