Antifungal compound

in cell culture we often get fungal contemination. so i would like to know that what is best antifungal agent that we can use in cell culture. as we use Pencillin and streptomycin to prevent bacterial contemination.

You can use Primocin from Invivogen. Its combination of antibacterial and antifungal. Use some additional measures if you are dealing with some precious cell lines.

Yes I am working on primary cell culture, isolated cells as well as immortalized cell lines and some tumor cells and using them for different assays.
