Rheumatology65 year old farmer presents wid 10 days history of high fever, sweating, mild diarhoea, polyarthralgia and low backache. He took artimether and ciprofloxacin for 5 days wid no response. Examination: toxic look, Bilateral Knee joint effusion, No abnormality on rest of physical examination, CXR or lumbar spine x rays. DLC shows neutrophilia. Please write 3 differential diagnoses.
