13 years old boy presented with recurrunt Spiiting of Fresh blood since 1 and half month associated with occasionall chest pain.no Hx of fever or cough.

X-Ray Chest =NOrmal
Complete Blood picture = NOrmal
PT =17 control=14
APTT= 34 control=34
PEFR = Normal
Pulmonay function Test =Normal
Echo = Normal
Physical Examination = Normal

Diagnosis
Management ??

Get his Bronchoscopy and see if there is intraluminal bleeding polyp or similar and get it removed.
