anyone help me??Hi nd sallam 2 all members,i m the student of 4rth yr mbbs,nd i m new in this discusion website,i want help 4rm any best specialist that my father have BPH(BENIGN PROSTATE HYPERTROPHY) and his age is 70years,he is fit n f9,he walks daily and he maintained his health(mashallah),now the problum is he is sexually active and the drug therapy (terazosin) effects his sexuall life,any of dr please help me that what should i do?either i go for a surgery or either continue the drug but plz give me a idea in which the sex is not involved.Thanx

Re: anyone help me??Well one option is TURP by an experienced urologist. The procedure (if uneventful) does not affect sexual life post-operatively.
